How to Download and Set Up the Pandablue Wallet App on Your Phone

The Pandablue Wallet app is free and available on Google Play for Android and on the App Store for iPhone. To get it ready, you download it, create your account, verify your identity, set your security code and connect the platform you get paid from. After that, your payments land in the app and you decide when to move them.

Where do I download the app?

Download it only from the official stores:

• Android: Pandablue on Google Play
• iPhone: Pandablue on the App Store

If someone sends you a file to install the app outside the store, don't open it. Fake copies of financial apps are a common way to steal data.

How do I set it up, step by step?

1. Download and install. Search for "Pandablue" in your store or use the links above.
2. Create your account. Sign up with your email and confirm your phone number with the code you get by SMS.
3. Verify your identity. Have your valid ID ready and good lighting for the selfie. If it's your first time, read our KYC verification guide first so you pass without rejections.
4. Turn on security. Create your 4 to 8 digit security code and, if you want, turn on Face ID. Nobody from Pandablue will ever ask you for it.
5. Connect your platform. On the platform you work on, choose Pandablue Wallet as your payout method and enter your Wallet number. What can I do in the app?

• Receive payments from your platforms in one place.
• Send money to other Pandas or withdraw it to your bank account. In Colombia you can withdraw through Bre-B, Nequi, Daviplata or bank transfer.
• Use your Panda Card to pay, and add it to your phone's wallet for contactless payments.
• Invite and earn: if the person you invite deposits 50 USD or more, you both get 5 USD.
• Collect PandaCoins and redeem them for discounts, fee-free withdrawals and other perks.

How much does it cost?

Having the app and keeping your balance costs nothing. You only pay a fixed amount when you make a transaction. In Colombia the amounts are:

• Transfer between Pandas: 800 COP.
• Withdrawal to a bank account: 2,200 COP.
• Card payment: 2,200 COP.
